We do not collect any personal information. There are no user accounts, no names, no email addresses, and no location data requested or gathered. Shipment details, project notes, document checklists, and timelines you enter stay stored only on your own device.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is analyzed, profiled, or sold. Every feature — documentation lists, clearance checklists, filing timelines, project organization — runs entirely on-device, using only what you enter locally.
All app data is stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no transmission of your shipment or project data to any server, including ours.
The app does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. No external service receives data about your usage or your customs projects.
Because your information never travels off your device, exposure is limited to your device's own security. We keep the app's footprint minimal and avoid any unnecessary background connections.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. As no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with COPPA by design.
You are always in full control of your data. Since everything is stored locally, deleting the app deletes your data with it. There are no accounts to close and no cloud backups to request removal of.
